02At serial production
Purity passport.
Purity is not told with an adjective. Every ingredient is shown in four lines:
- 01SourcePlant, botanical name, part used and origin; raw material is accepted after the facility's checks.
- 02ProcessSupercritical CO2 extraction; with its pressure, temperature and time recipe and its batch number.
- 03AnalysisSheet values and the analysis report of that batch.
- 04ApplicationIn which product type and with which limits it is used; no health claims.
At serial production, the code on each bottle's label opens the record of that batch: product, batch number, production date, process summary and the batch's analysis report. As today's products are sample based, the system will be set up with serial production. At serial production
- Who sees what
- Everyone: product, batch, date, process summary. Customers: the full report, with their order record.
- Document version
- Every document carries a version number and date; old versions are marked, not deleted.
- Batch matching
- A code opens only its own batch; the batch number matches the label and the report.
- Privacy
- No data is collected from the person scanning; customer names never appear in the public record.
