Technical request form

When you send the technical request form, the details you enter (name, company, e-mail, telephone, sector, type of work, source, target, quantity, project stage, documents needed and your note) are written to purity call's own request record. They are processed only to assess your request, reply, and prepare samples and quotations; they are not shared with other brands of the group. Legal basis: necessity for entering into a contract at your request (Turkish data protection law no. 6698, art. 5/2-c).

To prevent misuse your IP address is not stored; only an irreversible digest that tells repeated sending on the same day apart is kept. The record and the site run on the infrastructure of a provider whose servers may also be abroad (Cloudflare); this transfer is made with safeguards in line with the cross-border provisions of law no. 6698.

Retention and rights

Requests that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 24 months; agreements are kept for the period required by law. To exercise your rights under article 11 of law no. 6698, write to us.
